06 Least Effort – Use this meditation to bring on the fourth spiritual law of least effort. This meditation will help you to trust in the Divine, yourself and natures laws. This is the principle of “do less and accoplish more”. When we learn this lesson, we easliy fullfill our desires with little or no effort.    



07 Intention and Desire – The fifth spiritual law is that of intention and desire. Setting an intention or desire for life is one of the key elements to living the life you dream. To help this process use this meditation to help release your intention and desires. We will be using my intention with this exercise, when you learn the concept you can change the intention to meet your needs.                                                   



08 Detachment – The law of detachment. Use this meditation to help you to understand that you need to detach yourself from the outcome and from things that hold you back. The Universe is on your side, it is ego that gets in the way. Possibilities arise when we can see problem or issues as an opportunity.    



09 Purpose in Life – The seventh and last spiritual law is that of purpose. It is through your purpose that you find yourself. This last meditation will help you to find what your purpose is here on this Earth. When we blend our unique talent with services to others, we experience the ecstasy of our spirit.
